Terms for using the CyberON IT website, its content and contact options. Service delivery is agreed in a separate contract.
Operator and website scope
The website is operated by Memsec Karol Boguski, Polish tax ID 7582372328, Grzybowska 87, 00-844 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: kontakt@cyberon.it, +48 517 745 477. It presents B2B services and educational content and lets you prepare an email enquiry.
There are no online purchases, payments or user accounts. Service descriptions invite discussion and agreement on scope; they are not binding offers under Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a service contract.
Technical requirements and use
Reading requires an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser. Interactive features require JavaScript. The contact form sends your message through our server and does not require an email application. You can also email kontakt@cyberon.it directly. These functions are free; your provider’s internet charges may apply.
Access to content begins when you open the website and ends when you close it. You can abandon an enquiry without sending it. The planned newsletter will have separate subscription and withdrawal terms provided before launch.
Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights or disrupt the website. Do not send secrets or data you are not entitled to disclose. Internet use carries risks including phishing and malware; check the website address and keep your device updated.
Content and informed decisions
Content is general and educational. It does not replace assessment of your environment, legal advice or an individual service agreement. External links lead to websites operated by their owners under separate terms.
Content and brand rights belong to their respective rights holders. You may use content as permitted by law, including applicable statutory exceptions; contact us for uses requiring permission. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reports and complaints
Report website problems to kontakt@cyberon.it. Include the page, issue, device and browser, and contact details if you would like a response. Do not send confidential information. We will respond within 14 days of receipt; if further information is needed, we will explain the next steps.
These terms are available free of charge and can be saved or printed using your browser. Updates carry a date; existing service contracts are governed by those contracts rather than later changes to this page.
